Contact Information

Instructions for logging into your student online accounts are available in a separate article.

For questions or concerns related to issues with one of your A-B Tech online accounts (Self-Service, Moodle, email), contact our IT Help Desk at helpdesk@abtech.edu or (828) 398-7550. Please do not leave them more than one message because duplicate messages create confusion and longer response times.

What to Include in Your Email

If you email the HelpDesk, be sure to include the following information in the body of your email:

• Username
• Student ID number
• Date of Birth
• Home address
• Call-back number
• Last class taken at A-B Tech (if any)
