Overview

The A-B Tech Information Center is a team of passionate employees who are dedicated to providing current and prospective students, community members, and A-B Tech employees with accurate information about the College's programs and services.

The presence of the Information Center allows for the management and oversight of the information being delivered to those who contact A-B Tech, ensuring those individuals are provided with complete and accurate information in a clear, positive, and timely manner.

Services Provided

The A-B Tech Information Center services the College community by responding to all phone calls and emails that come to the College's main phone numbers and email address (info@abtech.edu). Information Center representatives also assist visitors to the main A-B Tech website through live web chat, and they maintain the InfoBase website.  

Information Center Representatives are trained to answer questions about a broad range of topics, including new student enrollment, financial aid, registration, academic programs, tuition payments, class schedules, account login issues, campus events, and much more. Anything you need to know about A-B Tech, contact the Information Center! They'll answer your question or connect you with someone who can.
