The College policies for repeating curriculum courses
The College policy for repeating a curriculum course (for college credit) is available in the Catalog, page 79. If you receive a low grade in a course and repeat the course, only the higher of the two grades will be used to calculate your GPA; however, both grades will always appear on your transcript. If you withdraw from a course and then repeat it, the "W" and the new grade will appear on your transcript.
Students may repeat a course until it is completed with a passing grade; however, each attempt is factored into the Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress (FASAP) calculation. For more information, you may contact the Financial Aid Office.
