Overview of A-B Tech's Career and College Promise (CCP) programs for high school students
A-B Tech offers dual-enrollment opportunities for qualified high school students to earn college credit and accelerate completion of college certificates, diplomas, and associate degrees.
Information on high school student qualification and course offerings is available on our website at abtech.edu/ccp.
We offer two types of Career and College Promise (CCP) Pathways:
CCP courses are tuition-free, but students must pay for any lab fees and textbooks.
Information about applying for CCP is available at abtech.edu/ccp.
Before each term, CCP students must meet with an advisor, who will discuss courses, coordinate with the school, and register the student for classes. Online registration is not currently available for CCP students.
You may find your advisor contact information based on your high school, by going to abtech.edu/ccp and clicking on Who to Contact About CCP. If you do not see your high school on this list, please call (828) 398-7900 for assistance.
Cooperative Innovative High Schools (Early and Middle College) provide a different opportunity to complete high school and take college classes.
