How to address problems with the access code for MyMathLab
Some textbooks come with an access code that allows students to access online materials for the class. If you cannot find your access code, or if you're having problems with your access code, you should first contact your instructor for assistance. If you do not have your instructor's contact information, please email email@example.com or call (828) 398-7900.
If your instructor can't get you signed in, you'll need to contact MyMathLab directly for further assistance. You should first view MyMathLab's FAQ page by going to pearsonmylabandmastering.com and clicking "Student Support" near the bottom-left of the page. You can contact MyMathLab directly at (800) 677-6337. This number is not displayed on their website.
