Where to Find Information

A loan servicer is a company that collects payments on a loan and performs other administrative tasks associated with maintaining a loan on behalf of a lender. You can look up who your student loan servicer is at nslds.ed.gov. Click on "Financial Aid Review," click "Accept," then enter your personal information to proceed to see who your loan servicer is. Once you arrive at your Aid Summary page, you can click on each loan that you've had to see detailed information about that loan, including who the loan servicer is.
