Overview
The student activity fee is $40.00 for the fall and spring semesters for students attending classes at the Asheville campus or online. Career and College Promise (CCP) students are not charged this fee.
This fee helps pay for a wide range of activities and resources developed as a result of student requests. Watch your student email for information about upcoming events! Some of these include Student Clubs Co-Curricular Outings, Diversity and Inclusion Awareness Activities, Earth Day Celebration, Health & Wellness Fairs, and Academic Achievement Ceremonies.
This fee also helps pay for Student Intramurals, Student membership to the Smith-McDowell House (on the A-B Tech campus), Student Government Association Services, Discounted Asheville Transit Passes, Student Health Clinic Medical Supplies and Vouchers, and Student Dental Clinic Vouchers.
