Eligibility Requirements

You can view eligibility requirements for the Dean's and President's Lists in the curriculum catalog.

The Dean's List and President's List are both compiled by the Registrar and the Executive Assistant of Instructional Services. The draft of candidates will be posted on major bulletin boards for students to review. The Vice President for Instructional Services will be responsible for final approval and publication.

The Dean's and President's Lists are generally released around a month after the semester ends. Students will be notified through their student email account.

Certificate Ceremony

The Student Services division also hosts a Certificate Ceremony approximately twice a year to honor students who are on the President's List and Dean's List or have completed Certificate Programs.
