Where to Find Information

A loan servicer is a company that collects payments on a loan and performs other administrative tasks associated with maintaining a loan on behalf of a lender. You can look up who your student loan servicer is at studentaid.gov. Select "Loan Repayment" and then "Who's my loan servicer?"

You may also contact the Federal Student Aid Information Center (FSAIC) at 1-800-433-3243 for assistance.
