Limited Public Forum
A-B Tech is a limited public forum. All college buildings and grounds are available primarily for programs offered by and intended for the campus community and are therefore subject to certain rules.
The rules for the distribution of materials by students and non-students on campus are given in our Student Handbook. Please see the Curriculum Catalog, page 74, for the policy.
