Overview

A-B Tech offers Fire Protection programs to train firefighters and those interested in management.

Through our Continuing Education department, we offer a Firefighter Academy to train new firefighters and Firefighter Certification Classes to increase knowledge and skills. These classes can prepare students for state certification tests but are not for college credit.

We also offer programs for college credit: a Fire Service Management certificate program to prepare firefighters for advancement and a Public Safety Administration A.A.S. degree program.
