Overview

Placement helps A-B Tech assess your readiness to take college-level classes, and it helps us determine what level of English/math classes you should take first.

Placement Requirements

English and/or math placement is required for entrance into most academic programs and for any classes with English and/or math prerequisites.

Possible Placement Options

• High school transcripts 
• GED/HSE transcript (2014 or later)
• Transfer credit in college-level English and/or math
  You can send your college transcripts to A-B Tech
• An alternate test like the SAT or ACT
• The placement test (called EdReady)
