Where to Find Parking Regulations Online

Our website gives information about Traffic and Parking Regulations, including vehicle registration, parking and traffic violations, penalties, and how to pay a ticket. Go to abtech.edu, click the search box in the upper-right corner of the page, and search for "parking." On the search results page, click "Traffic and Parking Regulations."

Parking Space Line Colors

• White lined spaces are for student, special group, and visitor vehicles. Clients get a parking permit from the individual departments when they check in for their services (i.e. Spa/Salon, Dental Clinic).
• Yellow lined spaces are for faculty/staff. 
• Blue lined spaces are Handicapped spaces provided by the College for all persons who are disabled and display the state approved handicapped placard on the rear view mirror or license plate. 

Appealing a Parking Ticket

If you wish to appeal a parking ticket, submit a Parking Appeal Form to Security in the Conference Center (#18 on our campus map) within two days of receiving the ticket. You can download and print the appeal form or pick one up at Student Services in the Bailey Building or Security in the Conference Center on the Asheville Campus.
