How to add a personal email signature to a Student Email account

Instructions

1. After logging in to your email account, click on the settings icon.

2. A small window will open. Click on “Settings.”

3. Scroll down to about 2/3 of the page to "Signature." Enter the personalized signature you want to appear on every outgoing email. Format your signature line(s) using the tool bar (shown in the red box). If you hover over the elements of the tool bar, you will get a hint of what each element does.

4. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Save Changes."
